New in PushFeedback: Smarter classification, PDF reports, and Jira updates
We've got a few updates to share - some long-requested improvements, a new way to read your feedback data, and one important change if you're using our Jira integration.
Let's dive in.
Smarter feedback classification
Until now, when users left a comment without selecting thumbs up or down, it was marked as negative - which skewed your analytics. We've fixed that.
Now, if a user shares feedback but doesn't rate it, it's automatically classified as neutral. This gives you a more accurate picture of what users are actually saying, without assuming intent.
PDF export for reports
You can now download your analytics reports as PDFs, making it easier to:
- Share feedback data with teammates
- Include snapshots in product docs or updates
- Store or present performance summaries
Just head to the Analytics dashboard and click Download PDF.

Using Jira automation with PushFeedback?
If you created any rules before Jan 28, 2025, they might stop working after May 30, 2025 unless you migrate to the new webhook endpoint.
Atlassian has changed how their incoming webhooks work, introducing a new secret parameter. You'll need to update your automation rules to use the new format:
๐ Update your incoming webhook trigger
Any new rules created now already use the new system.
