At PushFeedback, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our PushFeedback Software as a Service ("SaaS").

5. How we share your information
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with our service providers, customers, and partners strictly as needed to provide our SaaS, under confidentiality agreements, and as required by law.
6. Processing data on behalf of customers
When customers use our feedback widget, they act as data controllers and we act as data processors. We process only the personal data required to provide the widget functionality, in accordance with GDPR and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Data may include end-user messages, names, emails, IPs, or other identifiers. We only process this data for service delivery, never for other purposes.
Sub-processors may be engaged for hosting, storage, and infrastructure. All sub-processors are bound by GDPR-compliant agreements. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
7. Data retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Upon expiration, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Data transfers
Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA. All transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to ensure GDPR-compliant safeguards.
9. Cookies
We use cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic. Non-essential cookies require consent, which can be managed or revoked via browser settings.
10. Third-party services
We may share data with trusted third-party providers for email communication, surveys, hosting, and SaaS functionality. Providers are assessed for security and GDPR compliance.

If you provide your email through our forms (excluding feedback widget submissions), you may be added to a mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time via included links or by contacting us.
