About PushFeedback
PushFeedback started in 2023 while we were working on documentation sites. We wanted a simple way for readers to rate a page, explain what was missing, and add visual context without leaving the page.
The result is a feedback widget with ratings, comments, optional annotated screenshots, and a dashboard for reviewing page-level feedback. Today it runs on 200+ documentation sites.
PushFeedback is built by TechDocs Studio, a company in Spain that builds tools for documentation teams. Its sibling product is Biel.ai, an AI assistant for documentation.
How we work
Public pricing, self-serve. Every plan is on the pricing page, including the free tier. No demo call is required to see the price.
Built where docs are built. Native plugins for Docusaurus, Sphinx, and WordPress, a React wrapper, and a plain web component for everything else. We also publish setup paths for other documentation platforms and frameworks.
Small team, fast answers. Support goes to the people who build the product.Contact us.
