Feedback tools for sites that have to keep getting better
PushFeedback started in 2023 with a simple observation from working on documentation sites: readers notice problems constantly, and almost none of them ever tell you. A form hidden behind a contact page does not get filled in. A button on the page they are already reading does.
So we built the widget we wanted as documentation engineers: one button, a screenshot with annotations, a rating, and a dashboard that turns the stream into a prioritized to-do list. Today it runs on 200+ documentation sites, from open source projects to enterprise docs teams.
PushFeedback is built by TechDocs Studio, a company from Spain that builds tools for documentation teams. Its sibling product is Biel.ai, an AI assistant for docs: PushFeedback tells you what readers struggle with, and Biel answers their questions in the meantime.
How we work
Public pricing, self-serve. Every plan is on the pricing page, including the free tier. No demo call required to find out what it costs.
Built where docs are built. Native plugins for Docusaurus, Sphinx, and WordPress, a React wrapper, and a plain web component for everything else. The widget meets your site where it already lives.
Small team, fast answers. Support goes to the people who build the product.Write to us and see.
