Attach custom metadata to every feedback entry

Every feedback entry can now carry arbitrary metadata, sent from your site alongside the comment and the screenshot. It is a plain set of key-value pairs, so you decide what goes in it.

What our users put there:

• Which section of the app or the docs the feedback came from.
• Customer segment or plan.
• Priority, team, or owner for routing.

Decide the two or three keys you will actually filter on before you start sending them. A metadata field nobody queries is a field that only makes entries longer.

The feedback management tool is where the tagged entries get filtered and exported.
