Get notified only when feedback includes a message

You can now choose to receive notifications only when a submission includes a written message. Ratings with no comment still land in the dashboard and still count in your analytics, they just stop filling your inbox.

Turn it on in your project's Integration settings.

Do this as soon as a widget starts getting real traffic. The bare ratings are the volume and the comments are the work, and mixing them into one notification stream is how a team ends up muting the whole thing.

Everything stays readable and filterable in the feedback management tool.
