New in PushFeedback: Dashboard redesign, Jira integration, and Biel.ai
The PushFeedback widget rocks, but let's be honest: the dashboard had room for improvement. Filtering feedback without messages or performing bulk actions? Those should've been there sooner. But now, thanks to your feedback, they're here now.
But that's not all. We've also been building a new product that will help you get even more out of user interactions. Since we know you care about user feedback, we think you'll find it interesting.
Keep reading to see what's new, and don't miss the gift we've got for you.
Introducing the new dashboard
Managing your feedback just got a whole lot easier. With our new dashboard, you can:
Filter feedback like a pro.
Use bulk actions to quickly archive or organize feedback.
Quickly see if feedback includes a message or a screenshot, all within the list.
Try it out by logging into your account on the PushFeedback dashboard.
Turn feedback into Jira tickets
PushFeedback now integrates with Jira. Automatically create Jira tickets every time new feedback comes in, so your team can stay on top of user suggestions and issues without switching between tools.
For more information, see Jira integration.
Meet Biel.ai + A gift just for you
We'd like to introduce Biel.ai, the sibling of PushFeedback. Biel.ai is an AI-powered chatbot for technical documentation. It's like ChatGPT, but trained with your data.
You can install it as a floating widget in your docs or use it internally to let users and team members interact with your docs in a conversational way.
It's the perfect companion for PushFeedback because it helps you:
Gain insights into how users interact with your documentation.
See the questions users ask, how Biel.ai responds, and where improvements can be made.
As a thank-you for being a PushFeedback user, we're offering our "Growth plan" during 3 month for free so that you have plenty to test it out and see how it works for you.
To claim it, create your account and reply to this email with your project ID by January 31st (there's over a week left).
Next steps
Confetti after submitting feedback? A feedback widget for videos? You name it. We're driven by feedback.
Thanks for helping make PushFeedback better. Keep those great ideas coming!
