Turn feedback into Jira issues automatically

PushFeedback now integrates with Jira. Every feedback submission creates a Jira work item automatically, so a bug report reaches the backlog without anyone copying it across by hand.

The issue arrives with the user's comment, the page URL, the annotated screenshot, and the browser and viewport metadata already in the description. That is usually enough for an engineer to reproduce the problem on the first attempt.

Set it up under Settings > Integrations > Jira in your project. The Jira integration reference covers the automation rule on the Jira side.

Run Jira and Slack together rather than choosing between them. Slack gives the team visibility the same day, Jira gives the report an owner.
